Y12 DofE, 2004

During the summer of 2004 I returned to Glen Coe with Duke of Edinburgh. This time to help out on their Y12 Gold Duke of Edinburgh Expedition meet which they had in Kinlochleven. A really good time was had helping out the kids on their expeditions and searching for them every evening for their daily check-ups!!

During the summer I went back to my old sixth form (KES) and helped out with their major expedition to Scotland. This was the first year of me helping on the Y12 trip, having previously only done the Y9 in the peaks. The previous year I was a Y12 on the very same trip, so it was interesting having the roles reversed.
