Firstly you'll need to open up your 'Options' (or 'Preferences'). Go to 'Tools' → 'Options' (or 'Edit' → 'Preferences') and when the popup appears click on 'Privacy'. It should look like this:

Now click on 'Cookies' and another popup appears. In the text box type "thomasguymer.co.uk" and the list of Cookies should shorten considerably. Find one of the ones which has thomasguymer.co.uk in the site column and click on it once. It should now tell you details about that particular Cookie, like this:

As you'll be able to see, the Cookie only displays bits of information like small or thumb.
